In the "Start" menu, click on "Devices and Printers." Right-click on the G2000 series printer, and click on "Remove Device." When asked if you want to delete the printer, click "Yes" or "OK." If there are any other instances of the G2000 series printer in the window, repeat sub-steps 4 and 5 to remove them. Leave the window open for the next step.
This is FREE using just the printer's buttons. Worked on my Canon G3200. (Enter Service Mode) -- Turn Printer Off. -- Press and HOLD the Stop button (red Triangle - keep holding until release *) -- Press and HOLD Power button (keep holding until release **) -*- Release the Stop Button.
Power Does Not Come On. Check1 Press ON button. Check2 Make sure power plug is securely connected to machine, and then turn it back on. Check3 Unplug machine, leave it for at least 2 minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on again. If this does not solve the problem, contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair.
Hold the jammed paper firmly in both hands. If the paper is rolled up, pull it out. Slowly pull out the paper, so as not to tear it. Pull it out at an angle of about 45 degrees. Make sure all jammed paper is removed. If the paper tears when you pull it out, a bit of paper may remain in the printer. Check the following and remove any remaining

Open ink tank cover. To refill the black ink tank, open the left ink tank cover (C). To refill color ink tanks, open the right ink tank cover (D). Grab and remove the tank cap (E) of the ink tank to be refilled. Place the removed tank cap on the upper tank cap holder (F). Carefully remove the tank cap of the ink tank.
Check2 Are print head nozzles clogged? Print the nozzle check pattern to determine whether the ink ejects properly from the print head nozzles.
